Terms of use
Last updated October 8, 2026
These are the terms for using Stamm Rezept, made by Morena Stamm of Alberta, Canada. They are short on purpose.
The service
Stamm Rezept lets you save recipes, plan your week's meals, and lay out a printable cookbook from your own collection. You buy the app once through the app store under that store's terms; there is no subscription. The service may change over time as features are added or improved. If it ever has to shut down, you will get at least 60 days' notice and a way to export your recipes and cookbook files first.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13 years old (or the age your country requires) to have an account.
- Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. Two-factor sign-in is available in Settings and recommended.
- One account per person is plenty. You can delete it at any time from Settings → Account.
Your content
Recipes, photos, stories and books you put into the app stay yours. You give Morena Stamm permission only to store them and show them back to you, and to build your cookbook files from them. You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload — your own photos and recipes, or ones you are allowed to keep. When you save a recipe from a website, the app reads the page's recipe data for your personal collection, the same as copying it into a notebook; it does not make it anyone else's.
Fair use
Don't use the service to store anything illegal, to attack the server or other people's accounts, or to run automated tools against it. Accounts doing that may be closed.
No warranty, limited liability
The app is provided as it is. Every effort is made to keep it working and your data safe, including nightly backups, but Morena Stamm cannot promise it will never be unavailable or lose data, and is not liable for indirect losses from using it. If something does go wrong, the most you can claim back is what you paid for the app. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and Canada. If a part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
